James J. Vassallo Jr. is a longtime title agent with leadership experience spanning Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In his present position as president of Leader Settlement Services, LLC, James J. Vassallo Jr. works on the determination of land ownership matters through researching leases, contracts, titles, and other official forms. He drafts affidavits and documents specific to jurisdictional requirements, including insurance policies that cover property purchases and refinances.

Previously active with Settlement Escrow and Abstract Solutions, Inc., as vice president from 2001 to 2012, Mr. Vassallo held responsibilities as attorney and title agent, and coordinated a range of financial and real estate transactions. He managed the entire process through to completion, working integrally with underwriters in risk management capacities. Client service driven, he emphasized top-level responsiveness and organized educational title seminars.

Mr. Vassallo practiced law in litigation firms from 1994 to 2001 and taught criminal justice at Delaware County Community College. Working with students at the introductory level, he developed lessons and exams, as well as class projects. Active with the American Friends of Italy board, James J. Vassallo Jr. is also a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
